These terms cover the Audeza Choice Sync add-on and audeza.com. Using either means you accept them. Audeza is a product of Carlos Brotas, trading as Rovugui Studio, R. Hermano Neves 18, 1600-477 Lisboa, Portugal. Contact: support@audeza.com.

The service

Audeza Choice Sync copies values from a Google Sheet column into choices of Google Forms questions. It runs on Google's add-on platform and depends on Google services we don't control.

Your account and content

You need a Google account and the right to edit the forms and read the sheets you link. Your forms, sheets and responses stay yours. You're responsible for what you put in them and for following the law when you collect responses.

Plans and payment

• The free plan links up to 3 questions per form. We may change free plan limits with 30 days' notice on this site.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
• Polar (polar.sh) sells the subscription as merchant of record. Their terms cover the payment itself, including taxes.
• Refunds: email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
• A domain plan covers accounts on one company email domain. It can't be bought for public email domains such as gmail.com.

Acceptable use

Don't use the add-on to break the law, to send spam, to interfere with Google's services, or to get around plan limits.

Availability

We work to keep syncs reliable and to tell you when one fails, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Google quotas, outages and policy changes can stop syncs. Check your forms before relying on them for anything critical.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using the add-on at any time by removing it. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. If we shut the product down, we'll give 30 days' notice here and refund unused prepaid time.

Changes

We'll post changes to these terms here and update the date. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
