The product

Audeza sells a one-time digital product: the Audeza Kit — a set of legal-page templates, payment-platform readiness checklists, and a written review-escalation playbook for software founders. Audeza also offers a free copy-review tool on this site. Everything is delivered digitally through this website; there are no physical goods and no consulting or other human services sold here.

Not legal advice

The kit contains templates and educational guidance written from practical experience. It is not legal advice, and Audeza is not a law firm. Templates must be adapted to your business and jurisdiction; for legal questions, consult a qualified lawyer.

No outcome guarantees

Payment platforms make their own underwriting decisions by their own criteria. The kit is designed to help you present your product clearly and completely — it improves your preparation, and nothing more. We do not and cannot guarantee that any platform will approve any application.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use and adapt the kit's templates and checklists for your own products, including commercial ones. You may not resell or redistribute the kit itself.

Payments

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, which handles payment, applicable taxes, and receipts. See our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the free copy-review tool to overload the service or to review content you have no right to submit. We may rate-limit or block abusive usage.

Warranty and liability

The product is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Guidance may become outdated as platforms change their policies; we update the kit as we learn, but accuracy at any moment is not warranted.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
